WHAT IS WEB TV?
Why should I sign up / join?
Web TV is available free of charge to Red Hot and Ultimate Package subscribers and
delivers full-strength HARDCORE. Web TV offers the uncut and uncensored versions
of all your favourite Sky programmes. If you don't have Sky, you can subscribe directly
to Web TV for full access to our online services. Pay £4.99 for 24 hour access or
9.99 monthly for unlimited access 24/7.
How do I sign up / join?
You will need register for an online user account by giving us your name, email
address and date of birth. We will then email you confirmation of your username
and password. Once you have signed in, you can then activate your membership by
entering your Sky card details or by paying for access with your debit / credit
card. You will then be granted full access Web TV's streamed video content.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, before you choose your membership plan, you have option to preview a short
clip of each and every video. This will give you a clear idea of the quality and
strength of programming on Web TV.
Is there a limit on the amount of content I can watch within any given period?
No, once you have activated your membership by entering your Sky card or debit /
credit card details you can access all the video content available on Web TV. We
do not charge by the minute nor do we restrict you to purchasing movie tickets for
a single film or programme. As a security measure, Sky customers may be required
to reactivate their online account every 24 hours by simply re-entering their Sky
card details.
How often is new content uploaded to the site?
New video content is uploaded to Web TV every day and programming is rotated on
a weekly basis.
Can I download videos from Web TV?
No. Currently Web TV only offers the facility to watch streamed video content.
Can I upload my own content?
At present you cannot upload your own content. However, Web TV will shortly be offering
you the facility to upload and share your home movies with the world. Please bear
in mind that this content will be moderated by Web TV staff before being made publicly
available.
If I subscribe to Web TV, do I get free access to the TV channels?
No, TV subscribers get free access to Web TV, but it does not work the other way
round. For more information about our TV subscription packages visit the Red Hot
website.
TV SUBSCRIBERS
I've already subscribed to the TV channels, do I need to sign up to the website?
If you are a Red Hot subscriber or a Ultimate Package subscriber, access to Red
Hot Web TV is free of charge. But you will still need to create a user account on
the website and activate your membership to Web TV by entering your Sky card details
to access our hardcore content.
I am an Ultimate Package subscriber, why am I only granted 24 hour access to Web
TV?
For security reasons, you are only granted access to Web TV for 24 hours at a time.
Beyond this period you will be required to re-enter your Sky card details to reactivate
your membership of the site for a further 24 hours.
I'm a Television X subscriber, do I get free access to Red Hot Web TV?
No, only Ultimate Package subscribers have free access to both Television X Web
TV and Red Hot Web TV. You can upgrade your TV subscription by calling 0871 271
6869. Alternatively membership of Red Hot Web TV as a stand alone online service
costs £4.99 for 24 hours or £9.99 monthly for unlimited access.

I subscribe to the Red Hot/Television X on Freeview, do I get free access to Web
TV?
Apologies, free access to Web TV is not currently available to customers who subscribe
to Red Hot / Television X via Freeview. Please check back as we intend to offer
free Web TV access to all Freeview customers soon.
I'm a TV subscriber, do I need to enter my credit card details to access Web TV?
If you have an active subscription via Sky to our TV channels, then you will be
able to access the Web TV service or services which correspond to subscription simply
by entering your Sky card details once you have created a free online user account.
You are not required to enter your debit / credit card details for verification
purposes.

What debit / credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo and
Electron.
If I pay for Web TV with a debit / credit card, what company name will appear on
my statement?
The name of MPP Global, our payment service provider, will appear on your statement.
Is my online debit / credit card payment secure?
Yes your card details are processed in a secure environment. When you the access
the credit card payment page, you will notice that the web address begins with https
rather than http and that a small padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner
of your browser.
REGISTRATION / ACTIVATION PROBLEMS
I don't seem to be receiving any emails from Web TV?
The emails we are sending you are probably being flagged as spam or filed to your
junk mail folder. To avoid this happening, add support@redhottv.co.uk to your address
book or buddy list.
I've forgotten my username / password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your password or username, follow the Retreive Password link,
enter your email address and we'll email your username and a new password.
My username and password don't work. What should I do?
Try resetting your password by using the Retreive Password link. You will then be
emailed your username together with a new password which should resolve the problem.
What is the verification code I am being asked for?
The verification code is a series of blue numbers and letters displayed on screen
during the sign up / update account process. You are required to enter the displayed
code prior to submitting your details. This is a security measure designed to ensure
the information is being submitted by a human.
I have entered my Sky card number, postcode and surname but the site says my email
address does not match?
This is a security measure designed to verify that you are who you say you are.
It also allows us to ensure we have your correct email address for administrative
purposes. Obviously your details will not match if you have never given your email
address to Sky. Please enter your CSN number (Sky Customer Service Number) to update
your email address.
The site keeps asking for my CSN number (Sky Customer Service Number), what is this
and where do I find it?
Your CSN number (Sky Customer Service Number) is your Sky Customer Service Number
which is given to you in your welcome letter. If for any reason you don't know your
CSN (Sky Customer Service Number), call 08700 500 994 and customer services will
advise you of this.
I have entered my Sky card number, postcode and surname but the site says my details
don't does not match?
This is a security measure designed to verify that you are who you say you are.
It also allows us to ensure we have your correct details for administrative purposes.
It could be that your name is misspelled in our database or that there's a typo
in your postcode. If you get this message and you can go no further, call our Web
TV customer support line on 08700 500 994 to verify your account details.
I live in the Republic Of Ireland and don't have a postcode. I can't activate my
account, what should I do?
If you live in the Republic Of Ireland, when you are asked to enter your Sky card
details, enter ROI in the postcode field.
I've already signed up for Red Hot WebTV, can I use the same username / password
to log into Television X Web TV?
No, you will need to create a separate online user account for each website.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Do I need broadband to watch Web TV?
Yes, Web TV services require a broadband internet connection for optimum video playback.
Do I need any specific software installed on my PC to watch Web TV?
Web TV is compatible with most major browsers and has been tested extensively with
the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. To view our video streams,
you will need to install Adobe Flash Player for Windows. This is available as a
free download from the Adobe website.
VIDEO / AUDIO PLAYBACK PROBLEMS
I'm having problems with video / audio playback?
If you are experiencing any problems viewing our video streams, make sure you have
the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player for Windows - currently Version
9 - installed on your PC. This is available as a free download from the Adobe website.
I have created a user account, but the videos still won't play?
Accessing our premium content is a two stage process. Firstly you need to sign up
or register by choosing a username, giving us your name and date of birth. We will
then email you to confirm your username and password. Ensure you are logged in and
choose your membership plan. Web TV is free to Ultimate Package and Red Hot subscribers.
You will need to activate your free Web TV subscription by entering your Sky card
details. If you don't have Sky, you can access Web TV as a stand alone online service
by paying £4.99 for 24 hours or £9.99 for unlimited monthly access.
I am an Ultimate Package subscriber / Red Hot subscriber, I signed up yesterday

I subscribed for 24 hours, how can I tell when my subscription runs out?
Log in, go to My Account and click on View Subscriptions, you will then be able
to see what time your subscription runs out.
Why does My Subscriptions say no active subscriptions when I am an Ultimate Package
/ Red Hot subscriber?
My Subscriptions currently only reflects the status of your online account (i.e.
whether you have paid to access the website.) We are working to improve the functionality
of the site so that it acknowledges your TV subscription package. Please bear with
us. However this should not prevent you from accessing our premium hardcore content
free of charge.
ACCOUNT PREFERENCES
You ask for my email address when I sign up, can I opt out of mailings?
Yes, when you sign up, make sure you uncheck the box where it says 'Do you wish
to receive emails from Red Hot?
You keep sending me promotional emails, how do I unsubscribe from future mailings?
You can unsubscribe from further promotions by sending an email to support@redhottv.co.uk
with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
I've changed my email address, how do I update it?
To update your email address, login to Web TV, click on My Account and go to Email
Options under Account Settings. Enter your new email address and click on Change
Address.
Can I update the password you sent me to something I can remember?
To update your password, login to Web TV, click on My Account and go to Change Password
under Account Settings. You will be required to enter your old password and then
your new password twice for verification purposes.
CANCELLATION
How do I cancel my monthly subscription to Web TV?
To cancel your monthly subscription, send an email to support@redhottv.co.uk with
the word CANCELLATION in the subject line. Cancellation requires 28 days notice
so a final payment may be taken during this period. If you wish to cancel your TV
subscription, call 0871 271 4554
